The Ultimate Selfie

This has been such a fun project to work on! It's been somewhat of a passion project, in which I get to wear all the ADDIE hats and roles. For this massive undertaking I have been working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to curate their content. I have conducted a learner and content analysis, designed instructional strategy, set-up and administered the Learning-Management System, onboarded sub-contractors, developed templatized eLearning and LMS modules, developed animated videos, and am acting as project manager.

Project Management

I use ClickUp to create Gantt charts and track the project schedule. Clients have the option to join the PM boards but usually I walk them though it during team meetings.

Assets Management

I keep track of and mange the status of each asset, per module, using ClickUp.

Graphics

I use Canva to create graphics, infographics, and other assets, using client's branding colors and fonts.

Learning Management System (LMS)

I've researched over 30 LMSs to find the perfect one for my client's needs. This is CoreAchieve. My role was to setup, manage, and onboard my client on how to use it.

SCORM Self-Paced Lessons

I used Adobe Captivate to create SCORM packages- this type of eLearning enables data collection about the behaviors of the learner while they're interacting with the learning content. It provides information such as how long they take on a slide, what they click-on, and test/survey/practice results.

Surveys and Assessments

As part of this project, I designed and developed formative and summative evaluation materials. This survey in particular was crated within the CoreAchieve LMS.
